Pentosin CHF 11S
Pentosin CHF 11S is a synthetic high performance hydraulic fluid for life-time application in modern vehicle aggregates. Pentosin CHF 11S is especially designed for hydraulics in the automotive industry with the highest technical requirements such as in: power steering, level control, shock absorber, hydro-pneumatic suspension, stability and traction control, hydraulics for convertible tops, central lock systems, etc.
It is suitable for all extreme conditions and guarantees full performance from -40 Degree Celsius to over 130 Degree Celsius system temperature.
Pentosin CHF 11S meets DIN 51 524T3 and ISO 7308 specification standards.
Pump Relay 5-speed SMG
The pump relay is responsible to turn on / off the hydraulic pump of the SMG system. A broken relay causes the pump to fail priming. Without hydraulic pressure, the system cannot engage the clutch or change gears.
Pictures shown are for illustration purpose only.
Selection Sensor 5-speed SMG
This sensor is located on top of the gearbox and responsible to monitor the shift process. Our sensors are brand-new OE aftermarket replacement parts.
Transmission Speed Sensor 5- / 6-speed SMG
This sensor provides the speed signal of the transmission input shaft. The speed signal is required by the SMG control unit to control the transmission system, adjusting properly the shaft speeds before engaging and disengaging the different gears.
Pressure Sensor 5-speed SMG
The pressure sensor measures the hydraulic pressure in the accumulator. Based on this value, the SMG enables and disables the hydraulic pump to fill up pressure. This is a brand-new original part.
Set Clutch Parts 5-speed SMG (3.0)
Set of clutch parts contains:
- Pressure plate
- Friction plate
- Release bearing
We sell only Sachs or LUK components, both are original supplier for BMW.
Pressure Accumulator 5-speed SMG
The pressure accumulator is responsible to store the pressure of the hydraulic system for later access by the actuators. This piston type accumulator has two cells: one cell storing the hydraulic fluid and one cell containing a Nitrogen gas filling which creates the counterpressure. Both cells are separated by a moving piston. Typical symptoms of a faulty pressure accumulator are frequent and short pump cycles. If there is no more preload pressure left in the accumulator, the pump runs every few seconds, which ultimately leads to a consequential damage of the pump motor. Along with the pump motor, a faulty pressure accumulator is one of the most common causes of pressure build-up issues and is one of the few wear parts in the system that should be regularly checked and replaced if necessary.
We offer a brand-new replacement accumulator.
